Recipe changes #598

I just wanted to make sure that these recipes got changed intentionally and not by accident (I compare version 0.7.14 with version 0.8.1) I will list some examples where the recipe changed. Old: grafik New: grafik (quadrupling the cost of nether stars)

Old: grafik New: grafik Old: grafik New: grafik Old: grafik New: grafik OId: grafik New: grafik Old: grafik New: grafik (halving the output of alot of circuits (basically all))

there's a setting in the gregtech options to make circuits more painful, check that that isn't turned on?

Left one is 0.7.14 and right one is 0.8.1 both are default how they come when installing the modpack grafik grafik I guess they changed the default configs for the modpack, or they forgot to change the configs yet in 0.8.1 thanks for the quick response
