No metal dust piles on surface* #206

SP and MP server

New Worlds

Expected Behavior

I expect to find various coppers, irons, coal, mica, asbestos, bismuth, glowstone, etc as in 4.3.2

Actual Behavior

When using a fresh client on curseforge and a fresh server from the Git server files for 4.3.4 the only dusts found on the surface are cassiterite, aluminium, and emerald.

Steps to Reproduce

I tried generating new worlds 3 times. Each time replacing the server contents fresh from that downloaded archive.

Additional Information

This isnt an expected change so I assume its a bug.

I decided to rollback to 4.3.2 and encountered the same issue. I realise now that 4.3.2 was the update to fix the chunk issue which i noticed after the server had obviously been running.

Currently attempting to verify everything was okay in 4.3.1

Everything as expected in 4.3.1. Dust piles appearing.
