[Incompatibility] The data dump command does not work properly with quark installed #208

When using the data dump command with quark installed, it will only generate biome data files for ocean and beach biomes. Tested with just quark and terraforged installed as well as in a modpack with lots of added biomes. The logs repeat these lines for every single land biome when running the command:

[15:57:28] [Server thread/ERROR] [TerraForged/]: Failed first encode: ResourceKey[minecraft:worldgen/biome / minecraft:swamp]. After doing some more testing it seems "Dawn Of Time - Builder Edition" and "Dungeons Enhanced" break a small selection of biome files aswell.
