Input file generation issues #278

Investigate why orbit 1006 doesn't include a lot of the MISR files (even though we know they exist).

I investigated 1006 in my most recent input generation. All of the MISR files are present except for DF camera. I do not see the issue that Dr. Yang found in 1006 (hrll, agp, gmp not being included). Log files for 1006 show that the script found DF to be missing. It considered this to be a fatal error. Currently BF program would fail if any camera is missing, thus the fatal error.

This will be fixed in #277 when labels for missing cameras are added. Then, make this missing camera a warning, not an error.
