Add Inventories of Mannequins, Hat Racks #50

Add the ability to view the contents for the following tiles:

Item Frames
Weapon Racks
Plates
Logic Sensor type
(wo)Mannequins: closes #44
Hat racks

Item search also should now look through those tiles.
