New Resource per User: Gold (Some Kind of Premium currency) Gold can be buyed with Ingame Money. Gold cannot be selled.

New Config will be set how much ingame $ will be 1 Gold. Default = 10.000 config[gold.value] = xxxxxxxx

You can buy some stuff with Gold from Ingame Gold Store.

Examples:

30 Days More Skillpoints - 10 Gold

This has to be done (partly) before #32
