Remove Premiumsystem

Premium will be removed. Some Features will be removed and added to the new Goldsystem.

List of Features that will be added to Goldsystem

• [x] Less hunger. -> "Sättigungsbooster" for yyy days for xxx Gold
• [x] More "Hufeisen -> "Hufeisenbooster" for yyy days for xxx Gold
• [x] Offline money transfer will cost xxx Gold each transfer
• [x] Premium on Christmas will be changed to gold on christmas
• [x] Speedtank -> "Refuel booster" for yyy days for xxx gold (will not cost more money anymore)

List of Features that will be removed or will be useable for everyone

• [x] Angeln on boats -> New License "industrial fishing license"
• [x] Color Tuning: will be available by same command only for money to everyone - will be added later to the tuning GUI
• [x] Spawn at Job -> will be removed completely
• [x] Spawn in Vehicle -> will be usable for everyone
• [x] Premiumvehicles will be more expensive bit buyable to everyone
• [x] Autoversicherung: more Refund will be removed (Insurances will be changed completely in future version)
• [x] Socialstatus for Payday "+1 Premium" will be removed
• [x] /healme will be usable for everyone in his own house (in a room not outside)
