ehcache - total cache entries metric #9

The total cache entries min value is always considerably lower than the max value...putting the average down. Really, seems to me that each point's min and max should be fairly close for this metric, as all clients should report the same cache size (because that metric is really the Terracotta cache size when in distributed mode)... I think there is something going on here...to be investigated.

fixed. this was due to the fact that the metrics were not reset in between NR publishing...done.
