[x] Cleanup code related to ExtensionInfo interface
[x] Rename LogicalServerState => DiagnosticExtensions to support extending diagnostic layer easily
[x] Bugfix: Invalid JMX call returned messages were not properly handled and wwre leasing to false results with no failure
