Add options to override template disk options #147

Depending on the final storage, the disk is not created with the options (eagerly_scrub and thin_provisioned) provided by the template. This PR provides a way to override these options. This is also perhaps related to this bug https://github.com/hashicorp/terraform-provider-vsphere/issues/1028.
