remaster grapling hook request #69

with grapling hook rather instant pull you to the destination, you had to left click again to pull you to that destination, and using a scroll wheel for decrease and inscrease the length of the rope on the hook

I've seen this done before but I think we were going for more of a quick and fun style of a grappling hook. I'll open this up to discussion from others.

I might have another idea to add on that Grapples could maybe take in your horizontal momentum?
