Feature: Add a filter to show only mods with updates #625

When going through my mods it would be nice to have filter to only show ones with updates or have them show at the top.

i really need that, you have to scroll and find which mod needs an update when you have a lots

you can type "updates" in the search bar, but a button would likely be better
