Fix the textures for mod icon error overlays being missing #680

An error in the porting process to Minecraft 1.20.2 led to the mod icon error overlay textures being missing. This pull request fixes that issue.

Correct mod icon error overlay textures

Since this issue only affects Minecraft 1.20.2 and later, where sprite refactors have occurred, this pull request should be merged into the 1.20.2 and 1.20.3 branches.
