Fix #198, #199, #200 #201

These are simple little asset/data errors that were within my skillset, so I tackled them.~ I added en_gb.json to fix the spelling of 'Chiselled' for users of this language, fixed the yucca_palm_logs item tag including the yucca palm log twice and the stripped log not at all, and fixed overriding the vanilla Minecraft leaves block and item tags.~

The latest release of the mod has the en_gb.json addition and the yucca palm log fix, and the "replace": false bit I understand now. I'm guessing that this PR is unneeded now?
