This pull request increases consistency in naming by removing the wood qualifier, e.g. Willow Wood Slab becomes Willow Slab. This is consistent with vanilla and newer Terrestria woods. Rubber still uses the wood qualifier, as it was introduced intentionally in order to fix #17.
