Update docstrings for current numpy formatting #164

Docstring tests were failing because of differences between past and current default formatting of numpy outputs. This PR updates terrainbento docstrings to match the current formatting.

@kbarnhart I'm lining up a few pull requests to update the building and packaging of terrainbento. I'll tag you on each. On the one hand, I don't want to bug you because these PRs won't touch the actual terrainbento code. On the other hand, this is your project and I don't want to change anything without your knowledge.
