[x] Send an email
- Send an email everyday with a summary if there is a warning / erros at minimum
- Send an email everytime there is a warning / error ~ maybe overkill ?
[x] Make it configurable in the django config
- activate / deactivate option
- set the email adresse(s)

1/2 to send mail with summary everyday (everyday at midnight send an email listing every sources that went in error/alert the day before)

1/2 to test (server smtp with login/password)
