Add Trello to notifications #21

This PR adds Trello as an option to the Notification tracking. Order-wise, I put it right after Github, as it is used for dev as well.

The PR also includes a gitignore file, as it seems that libs were intentionally omitted from commit (and seem to be extremely outdated)

Apologies for that -- the original intention was to use the Lib repo (which really ought to have been a submodule), though as you've noted I haven't maintained that for a while now. I'd best just include the dependencies directly. (Done in 7f2d5d7.)

Also gonna remove the gitignore (or at least clear its content) then
