The Altitude and Speed gauges currently look like car gauges, but it would be nice for them to look like those found in an airplane. See example here. They should still have a white background so they contrast well in direct sunlight, but the format can still match.
Tasks:
[ ] Look at available canvas gauges features to see how close we can get them, or find another library that would work better.
[ ] Change the gauge style.
[ ] Test the gauges at minimum screen brightness in direct sunlight to make sure they are still easy to read.
