3DVIA not working on WIN10 #8

I press F10 and nothing happens, I press it some more and LDD freezes and still nothing happens,

Sorry, I can't offer support for programs I didn't create. I have pretty much zero idea what might be going wrong with 3DVIA Printscreen.
