Update GA services with /gis/

• GA services urls have been updated
• We need to replace /site_nr/ with /gis/ in the urls

examples:

1) Homesteads

• Incorrect URL (REST): http://services.ga.gov.au/**site_7**/rest/services/NM_Labelling_and_Boundaries/MapServer/

• Correct re-direct URL (REST): http://services.ga.gov.au/**gis**/rest/services/NM_Labelling_and_Boundaries/MapServer/

2) Surface Geology (many instances)

• Incorrect URL (WMS): http://services.ga.gov.au/**site_1**/services/GA_Surface_Geology/MapServer/WMSServer?service=WMS&version=1.3.0&request=GetCapabilities

• Correct re-direct URL: http://services.ga.gov.au/**gis**/services/GA_Surface_Geology/MapServer/WMSServer?service=WMS&version=1.3.0&request=GetCapabilities
