I have an ABBA analytics query for you as I am trying to get the data that we manage available for the QUT tool that Jason D’netto has developed.
We serve our data to AREMI through our open data platform data.qld.gov.au (https://www.data.qld.gov.au/dataset/australian-biomass-for-bioenergy-assessment)
The way that we structure our data is that we publish the 26 csvs under a single dataset entry (and not 26 individual data set entries).
This is the way that our open data people want us to manage data on the portal.
The analytics tool needs to identify the data sets through the use of tags – however tagging data is only available at the dataset level and not at the resource level (an individual CSV).
Have you looked at the tool that they are developing and can you see a way perhaps that I can tag the data on AREMI in order for it to view.
The suggestion was that I create my own CKAN instance and map entries and tags from that to the actual location of where this data is back in the qld data portal. This is not a practical solution for us.
I am running out of options and not sure how to fix this. Was wanting to know what your thoughts were about this tool and any ways to point to data through AREMI?
