Hi, sorry this took so long, i finally managed to migrate the service to google cloud platform and fix all lingering issues and loose ends gist is at https://gist.github.com/Jason-DNetto/c65d2199646f25e57ecf05b235fb3441 Ian O'Hara would like you to share the testing environment with the group and lastly my employment at QUT ended, so I can only be contacted via my personal email.

Removed from #432 however I've left the ejs template there so just needs to be re-added to the catalog when it's ready
