WA DBCA Wetlands data services not working - to check after PR merged

prompted by this user feedback: DBCA Geomorphic Wetlands of Swan Coastal Plain Map is not working fo rthe public to view. Urgently required!!

Datasets not throwing an error when added, but no data visualised on the map at various zoom levels.

Comments from custodian: There was a big system change over the weekend and there seems to be some residual issues, however I don’t think anything has been raised yet specifically for WMS. I can add the ESRI map service to NationalMap, and I can see the WMS in QGIS, but so far I haven’t been able to get any SLIP WMS to show up in NationalMap.

Mats investigation:

• the data is actually coming from Esri MapServers, and if you add them as MapServer layers instead of WMS they work fine: https://nationalmap.gov.au/#hideExplorerPanel=1&share=s-ieeHvZSgwGMLNgffwHkAqpGHKza
