Most layers under "Framework" (and maybe others) are broken:

RuntimeError: Unusable ArcGIS Mapserver layers metadata from http://services.ga.gov.au/gis/rest/services/NM_Labelling_and_Boundaries/MapServer/layers?f=json. See console log for details.
