User feedback/ use case for health data: I find this resource exceptionally useful. I am currently involved with workforce planning particularly in regional, rural and remote areas but also in MMM1. It would be great to be able to have:

• [ ] Modified Monash Model https://www.health.gov.au/health-workforce/health-workforce-classifications/modified-monash-model

• [ ] Australian Statistical Geography Standard Classifications available

• [ ] a grid of equal sized areas (could have a few size options) right across Australia with a colour scale for population (total and indigenous) in each area Statistical areas (SAs) are useful but it is difficult to see a clear distribution of population density currently as SAs are all different sizes

• [ ] public and private hospitals marked - separately. It would be exceptionally useful to have these searchable by specialty services available in each so I can see where Ophthalmology services are based currently for example

• [ ] If detail of whether any public specialty service available is for surgery and/or outpatients, this would be amazing. Some of this is on MyHopsitals but again not combined with population data

• [ ] being able to see which public hospital services accept referrals for each speciality would be incredibly useful

• [ ] Area of Need by State/Territory and Districts of Workforce Shortage (Commonwealth): https://www1.health.gov.au/internet/main/publishing.nsf/Content/work-pr-dws-fact

• [ ] medical workforce survey data (collected by APHRA) on this resource – even if it can’t be very granular: https://hwd.health.gov.au/
