[x] Add ydyr.info to allowProxyFor in multiServerConfig
[ ] ~Do we add proxyAuth 😱 for YDYR or keep it as Basic Auth~ Only allow access to users that have the YDYR password

@meh9 you can demo this today; @nf-s will send you the link + auth the demo should be followed by a decision of Data61, ABS to publish on NatMap or not

Add to nationalmap v8 beta catalog but don't add to proxyAuth.
