WFS/WMS URL description: duplicate "This is a" #148

For WFS/WMS URL description, "This is a" repeated.

This is a This is a, which generates map images on request. It can be used in GIS software with this URL:

It should be:

This is a WMS/WFS Service, which generates map images on request. It can be used in GIS software with this URL

I believe this will be resolved when the latest version of TerriaJS is used.

Thank you @rowanwins , is neii-viewer currently using TerriaJS version 7.11.3?

Ahhh looks like it was fixed in mobx but not master Terria.... :(
