From Steve's advice we need a new NEII Viewer User Interface 2.0 staging server set up (or method for building servers on demand on AWS) just for this project as well as an associated updated mechanism for the NEII team to ( self service config Mangement [https://github.com/TerriaJS/neii-viewer/issues/9] )for the NEII Viewer UI 2.0.
