Update datasource config files #98

Hi, I had a some change to this file and committed the changes yesterday and it doesn't seem to have reflected this change in production today (My understanding was that changes may take overnight to be reflected on production. Is this still the case?)

File changed: Master branch - neii-viewer/datasources/includes/land-items.ejs Expected change to be applied to: http://neii.gov.au/viewer/

To make this more dynamic, Chantelle has suggested

Maybe we could store the services config in the same location on our server as the NEMSR config file and have it called the same way instead of having it in GitHub?

For now we are storing the init files in the neii-viewer repo in github, but I would be happy for them to come straight from the Bureau server as well - this can be setup and changed at any time.
