Enhancement to Allow an IP address' whole Class C subnet for 15min/1hour/perm

When right-clicking on a blocked IP, it would be incredibly handy for options 
to include the entire class-C x.x.x.0/24 of the blocked IP address. 

Frequently a large range is added to a subscribed blocklist, but there are 
smaller ranges within that are legitimate.  Allowing the whole class-C would 
save time adding each individual IP when dealing with a pool of servers for a 
website.

An option to add a whole Class-A for IP's beginning 1-126 might be interesting, 
but probably less useful as these ranges are usually divided up and doled out 
in smaller ranges.  In addition to a fixed Class-C option, An added option to 
prompt for the CIDR bits is not initially critical but might be useful to add a 
<24 or even >24 for known smaller ranges.
