Steam Incompatibility #440

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Steam Will deny Server access when Steam is started with PeerBlock

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Steam Server Error or unable to connect to Internet message 

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?
Win 7 64-bit PeerBlock 1.1

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.
Issue was solved by permanently Allowing All steam Services. Although Unsure 
why it happens, steam is not a Suspicious Website or program.

Marking as invalid as you are probably using the P2P/Level 1 list.

The reason whu Steam is blocked is because it's IPs might be shared with other 
companies.
