Add localisation credits #1061

Changes:

This commit will add translation project credits to the game's end credits and menu credits screens, solving #936.

To-do:

[x] Implement in end credits scroll
[x] Implement in main menu credits screen
[ ] Touch up translator names and strings where necessary

Thanks for this @Fussmatte! I've gone ahead and implemented main menu credits matching this style for 2.4. Some touch ups might still be required, but they can be done later - I'll go ahead and merge this once it's passed CI.
