Language updates #968

Changes:

Portuguese (BR) and Italian have been updated to the latest delivered versions
Dutch and Esperanto are 100% translated again (new strings)
Added section on editing existing strings to README-programmers.txt

Leaving this a draft for a few days to include possible further updates.

Unmarked as draft now. The offscreen "Riconoscimenti" is now also fixed, by automatically changing the font size to 2x instead of 3x depending on the text width.
