Likely due to the recent changes here for v1.12! There have been two reports of this, somebody playing the gamepass version on twitter, and somebody playing the steam version on discord.

I think this is a bug that's been here for a while - #1595. Yoink is a bit janky with equipment that also replaces itself

Weirdly, I'd actually like to implement this behaviour on purpose for a Reunion enemy card... if I can figure this bug out, I can probably implement it both ways...
