Some Xbox users report not being able to use the triggers, which makes it impossible to throw dice/discard/snap #2679

I think there are a couple of inaccessible controls, would need to check all the skillcards to be sure; but one simple remedy here is to ensure that all of these buttons can be accessed with the gamepad.

Looks like two of the users are using non-standard controllers, which is an excellent clue about what might be going wrong here. One user says that the button worked fine when they plugged in a regular controller; also useful information!
