Add npm installation support. #69

Hi,

Thank you for your module! Can you add support for npm? Pretty straightforward and useful for many developers trying to use only npm as external package manager.

👍 I'd love to have this as well, this is the only module I use that doesn't have npm package support, I don't feel the necessity to use bower.
