PGM button shows "connecting to software port" #34

Open earto opened 7 years ago

Hi all,

Is anyone else having an issue that clicking on PGM doesnt work? I see a message "connecting to software port" and it gets stuck forever. The software port is configured correctly and I can view/control everything else fine from WiFi or 4G (away from home). PGM control doesnt work even on the local WiFi.

Thanks, Elton.

Email me a log from within the menu and I'll have a look. Just remember to follow the instructions at the top.

Hi,

I have the same issue. Have you found the solution?

Thx

Hi. No solution sorry. Apparently my firmware on the IP150 is too new. Maybe it will be fixed when more people upgrade or buy a new IP150 like me.

I have a similar issue. I use a pgm to open a magnetic lock on a pedestrian gate in the event of an emergency (normally opened by a remote receiver). When I push the relevant PGM to "On" the gate opens (power to mag lock cut), but that's how the pgm stays, stuck "on". Pressing any of the 3 options for the pgm thereafter does nothing. To reset the pgm I have to use babyware to actually reprogram the pgm, changing default state back and forth to get it back to normal. I'm now in the process of ditching the use of the app as a solution and am going to go the route of home automation/sonoff to achieve what I need. Big pity.
