No connection #38

Hi I download your app from play store set it up with your instructions and I can't to make it work .I have IP 100 software version 5.20 and hardware version 1.01. With iparadox works fine inside and outside with paradox my home. Any advice?

When I try to connect I have error "login request timed out or IP module reterned error"

Please send me a log from the app. See the log menu item. Follow the instructions there before sending the log. I'll have a look and get back to you.
