added lang parameter and xml function in installchocolatey.ps1 changed description in nuspec

For this to get published the update.ps1 needs to be updated to point to the url of the latest version of the page where the deployment tool download link exists.

Once that is updated you would want to F8 the lines to make sure the actual download url and version info is also parsed and properly returned as a hash table.

Once this is done then merging a pull request with all these changes will result in the package updating automatically on chocolatey.org with the latest version and these code changes.
