Create a sample notebook for the DESIGN module

This notebook just shows basic stuff a user can do with DESIGN API client.

Here it's attached the html version of the notebook: Hello_World_DESIGN_module.html.zip

I think the following sentence is imprecise, since the result shown corresponds to a sequence of nucleotides (not amino acids)

"We can use the above object to get the precise amino acid sequence for that feature"
