Node-RED style protocol viz/editor #3

The screenshot below shows a 96-96 well plate stamp in Dan Bryce's PAML editor. We should pick a preferred JS-based graph tool (see ticket #2) and generate a simple mockup of how the tool should be laid out... perhaps in analogy with Node-RED.

In order to better understand the tooling, and to give us time to develop specific use cases, we have decided to go with read-only views of TG workflows for now. I'm going to leave this ticket open so we can revisit if/when we decide to expand our remit into graph-based workflow editors (rather than just visualization)
