Add inline labels to circular view #844

[ ] add inline labels
[ ] make sure they rotate appropriately
[ ] do not draw external labels if they fit and are drawn inline
[ ] add option to ellipsize circular labels
[ ] add toggle to choose between inline labels and external labels
