Video calls V3

[Teshpatelproductboard]

As a user, I want to be able to speak with multiple colleagues at once while seeing them on screen. I want to easily add new people to a video call. This helps me to quickly organize a video conference call and have non-verbal input from multiple participants.

V2:

Set up new audio call with multiple users

• Each user can enable/disable their video feed, allowing others to see them

• Each user can select other users to see video of them displayed most prominently
