Add new "/account"- prefixed paths for account management endpoints

All user account management endpoint paths are now prefixed with /account/.
The original paths are temporarily preserved for backward compatibility so there is no breaking change yet. They will be obsoleted once the UI adapts to the new paths.
This is only one of the many steps of #319
