Add font resources to documentation. #5

I think it would be really helpful to point people
to some places where they can get free fonts.
We can add some web links to the documentation.

Also I think it would be useful to show people how to use
symbol/dingbat fonts instead of icons.

Here are some places to get free fonts.
http://www.dafont.com/  (lots of really good symbol/dingbat and bitmap fonts)

http://www.1001freefonts.com/bitmap-pixel-fonts.php

Links for fonts have been added to doxygen.
(But not to word/pdf document)
While there is also a link to a GLCDFontCreator2 zip image for download,
this image is an attachment to a forum post on the mikroelectronica site
which sells a program GLCDFontCreator 

Long term, I'd like to decouple this library from that site.
The full GLCDFontCreator2 image is only a bit over 1MB so perhaps we could toss 
it in
under the fonts directory?

GLCDFontCreator2 is now available for download directly from the google 
glcd-arduino project.
