The Lyft OSM Data Curation Team is undertaking efforts to update key features in cities across the United States for COVID-19 relief. The Slow Streets Program is designed to limit and in some areas close through traffic on certain residential streets and allow them to be used more as a shared space for foot and bicycle traffic. These tags are being placed temporarily, and as cities begin to re-open the tags will be removed.
OSM changesets will be submitted abiding by the OSM Changeset Guidelines.
