Desperately need a rework of how the maps recognize Upper and Lower streets in downtown Chicago. Drivers are constantly directed to the lower portions of Wacker Drive, Illinois Street, and select others. Seems as though the lower street is the default, but the upper should be the default.
Wacker Drive (example 205 W Wacker Drive)
Illinois Street (example 160 E Illinois Street)
Not sure if anyone will see this, but basically every driver for Uber, Lyft, Grubhub, Doordash has the same problem with these streets and those example addresses. The navigation very consistently sends them to the wrong place. And 160 E Illinois St is its own building. Lyft thinks it's the Intercontinental Hotel and it's nearly impossible to re-aim the pin in that area.
