Error parsing yaml file:

in "inter18099\app.yaml", line 15, column 11

这个问题怎么解决？是哪里的错误？多谢指教

you must update your GoogleAppSDK to 1.1.5 or better.

可不可以支持url编码（如rot13)，因为有url过滤?

出现secure：optional错误的
使用google官方的SDK
不要使用第三方上传工具
那个已经过时了

I also believe url encryption is necessary. As u know, GFW blockes sites by url 
too.
rot13 is a simple but effective way to encrypt url.
