add mocka and clarify the list of C producers #135

result of investigations started in the issue #134

hello,

I appreciate you taking the time to do research on these C producers. As I mentioned in #134, we don't put opinions in the list so I removed the editorial comments and resorted things to put it in alphabetical order like every other language section. Thanks for the addition of cmocka, it looks like a nice project! 👍
